Our Returns Policy

Returns Made Simple

We want you to feel confident that you’ve chosen the right products for you and your horses. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund.

Condition of Returned Items

  • All returned items are carefully inspected upon receipt.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, use, or dirt may not be accepted, or may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • We reserve the right to deduct any resulting reduction in value from your refund.
Air Jackets — Special Return Process

Air Jackets cannot be returned using our standard returns process. If you need to return or exchange an Air Jacket, please contact our team first so we can arrange the correct return method. Failure to follow this process may affect your eligibility for a refund.
